• The welding caps come in three color options: Black – 2 caps per pack, Brown and green – 1 cap per pack.
• We use 10oz durable and flame-resistant cotton canvas fabric on the outside and 6.5oz flame resistant cotton printed plaid on the inside.
• This product is APTV (Arc Thermal Performance Value) rated at 14 Calories/cm2+8.2 Calories/cm2 which provides increased heat and arc resistance.
• Two side design ensures that every welding cap is reversible and can be worn inside out. The stitches on both sides use strong threads so you can use either side and have two distinct colors to choose from.
• Six panel design with unique color track stitches for a visually appealing appearance.
• Deeper design to cover half of the ears. Sizes 7 to 7-3/8 are 7-1/2” deep and sizes 7-1/2 to 7-7/8 are 7-3/4” deep. We added 1/8” to the crown size due to the heavy material used to make these caps to make them true to size. This also creates a more comfortable wearing experience.
