All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Bocomal offering free shipping on orders of $100 and more for all orders shipped within United States(Excludes Alaska and Hawaii). All orders under $100 will be shipped with additional flat rate cost.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

4. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Bocomalfr.com ships to addresses within the continental United States, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

5. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Bocomalfr.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damages

Bocomalfr.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

1. Returns Policy

If you wish to return any BOCOMAL items from online purchased order, please communicated return info via email to sales@bocomalfr.com

If you have purchased from a distributor, please contact the distributor regarding your order or return, thank you!

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number provided by the sales@bocomalfr.com. The Return Authorization (RA) number must be listed neatly on the box of the returned shipment. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number. 

Please reference packing slip with Order Number and item description.

All returned items are in new condition with original packaging, not washed or worn. 

Any Return Requests must be made withing 10 business days of receiving your order. 

Returns may take up to 15 business days to process from the time we receive the shipment.

Please note that all final sale products are non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

We cannot process exchanges at this time, only issue credits for returns. Thank you!
