1. Authorization & Ownership: You confirm that you own the rights to the logo or have obtained proper written authorization to use it for commercial embroidery purposes. Bocomal is not responsible for verifying logo ownership.

2.Intellectual Property: You agree to assume full legal responsibility for any trademark, copyright, or licensing issues that may arise from the submitted logo or artwork. Bocomal will not be held liable for the unauthorized use of intellectual property.

3.Design Adjustments: For embroidery purposes, slight adjustments to size, placement, or design details may be necessary to ensure proper stitching quality. Stitch count and placement may be finalized by Bocomal’s production team based on technical feasibility.

4. Color Matching: While we strive to match logo colors as closely as possible, thread color availability and fabric type may affect the final appearance. 

5.No Returns on Customized Items: Customized garments are made-to-order and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective. By submitting your design, you accept the customization as final once production begins.

6. By uploading your logo, you confirm that:

· You own the rights to the logo or have received proper authorization to use it.

· Bocomal assumes no responsibility for copyright, trademark, or licensing issues related to the uploaded content.

· Any legal claims arising from unauthorized use will be the sole responsibility of the submitting party.
